APS's goal is to achieve excellent results for each customer.

Key to this endeavor is surface preparation because excellent results require excellent prep work. Ground surfaces in Florida contain organic dirt: mold (rooting system), mildew, lichen and more. Traditionally, blasting the surface with high pressure has been the industry answer to mold which makes very little sense. High pressure cleaning destroys brick and concrete pavers by depleting pigment and top surface aggregate, creating pitting (perfect for future mold growth).

Consider this analogy: Rather than turning up the water pressure when washing your hands you probably use soap and warm water to loosen dirt before rinsing. Why then is 4000 psi (pounds per square inch of pressure) water blasting the go to industry solution for surface cleaning? Our system is a lot different.

We use a safe, eco-friendly pre-treatment system with surfactant to loosen dirt, which we can later soft wash at low pressure. Our eco-friendly surfactant protects your surfaces and in the process kills mold at root-level and cleans out the pores. Further, this allows our advanced sealers to form the correct deep penetrating bond. Bottom line, we won't pressure clean your brick pavers to death or seal over mold!

APS sealing products are penetrating not top-coat. This makes a world of difference in Florida where constant high humidity causes moisture trapping which can lead to hazing, cracking and chipping.
